Description

ST-154 System: Efficient Monitoring for the Detection of Spy Devices

The ST-154 System is a comprehensive solution for detecting unauthorized communications and spy devices in sensitive areas such as offices, prisons, testing centers , and other environments where the use of electronic devices is prohibited or restricted. Designed to provide continuous monitoring, the ST-154 can identify the presence of radio frequency (RF) transmitters , mobile phones , and other wireless transmitters , ensuring security and privacy on premises.

Detection of Unauthorized Devices and Transmitters

The ST-154 System is capable of detecting a wide range of devices that could compromise information security. These include:

  • RF spy devices , such as hidden microphones and cameras that use radio signals to transmit data.
  • Mobile phones and modems , including CDMA450, GSM 900/1800, 3G, 4G, WLAN, Bluetooth and DECT networks.
  • Analog radio transmitters , which can be used to record and transmit confidential conversations.

Simultaneous Monitoring in Multiple Areas

One of the main advantages of the ST-154 is its ability to simultaneously monitor up to 128 zones , making it an essential tool for monitoring large buildings or multiple floors. Each zone can be configured individually or as a group, allowing for customized detection based on the needs of the environment.

Furthermore, the system does not require any specialised training, making installation and use quick and easy. Data can be transmitted via Ethernet or WLAN networks, making it easy to integrate with existing infrastructure.

Control Module (CM) Operation

The Control Module (CM) is the main component of the ST-154 and is responsible for receiving and analyzing signals in the monitored areas. Each CM covers an area of 10 to 50 square meters , depending on the environmental conditions.

When an unauthorized signal is detected, the CM issues visual and audible alerts, which can also be transmitted to a control computer via Ethernet or WLAN . The computer, which can be a PC, laptop or tablet with Windows operating system, is equipped with specialized software that records all events and provides real-time monitoring.

System Configuration and Signal Detection

The ST-154 allows for multiple configurations depending on the size of the area to be monitored. For small areas, a single CM unit with light and sound alerts may be sufficient. However, for larger buildings or multi-story facilities, the system can be connected to a network and transmit alarms to a computer in the control room.

In addition, the system features a Search Module (SM) , which allows you to accurately locate the source of the transmission signal. This module displays the signal strength on its OLED screen and helps to identify the exact point from where the suspicious signal is being emitted.

ST-154 System Software and Connectivity

The system is highly configurable and can be operated either manually or in automatic mode. In manual mode, users can select receiving antennas directly from the software, while in automatic mode, the system switches between different antennas to optimize detection based on frequency range.

The software also allows a virtual image to be assigned to each CM module, making it easier to visually monitor the environment and changes in radio emissions in real time. This feature is particularly useful when the system is installed in multiple rooms or floors, as it allows the arrangement of the modules to be organized according to the building plan.
