Auto mode ST-167

This mode automatically detects signals that exceed the threshold level preset. The real-time list of the signals currently active with data type and strength will be displayed on the screen. The event information is recorded in the database for later review.

Options Available:

• You can only select the bands of cell phone signal required. Turn off the bands cell not used to the speed of exploration.
• The threshold level can be set for each band separately.

Manual mode ST-167

ST-167 allows the user to monitor a single band of interest. The graph of signal strength in time are shown on the screen.

Options Available:

• Choice of a single band of interest of all the available bands.
• Set threshold level. The level that exceeds the default threshold will be displayed in RED in the graph of power over time.
• Displays the spectrum of the band of the analog signal. The user can set limits-of-band analog signal (of 60 MHz to 6000 MHz) and interval step in a range of 2 MHz to 20 MHz. Example configuration: 425 MHz - 475 MHz, step 1 MHz.
• The frequency of the analog signal stronger is displayed on the screen.
• The user can demodulate the analog signal (AM / FM).

Search mode ST-167

Can be used to locate the source of the signal and the demodulation. Under this mode, ST-167 scan a frequency band preset particular. The exploration is stopped if the threshold is exceeded. The frequency of the signal remains fixed and is displayed on the screen all the time, even if the intensity of the signal decreases, what allows to find a location of the signal source.

Mode of detection of SMS ST-167

This mode allows the user to detect SMS messages sent through band 2G (900 and 1800) and 3G.

The following information is displayed on the screen:

• Intensity of the signal of the SMS message detected currently.
• Duration of the signal
• Time and date of the last 3 SMS detected.
• Total count of SMS messages that are detected.

Traffic mode ST-167 (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz)

This mode measures the intensity of any type of traffic of digital data in bands of 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz. The results are provided in a range of 0% - 99%. Therefore, a measure lower than 10%, indicating a traffic activity is weak, while the measures above 50% represent a high-intensity traffic.

ST-167 Detection of inhibitors GSM and GPS

This mode detects the blocking activity of GSM and GPS. The detection is based on the broadband emission present in two bands of 900MHz and 1800MHz simultaneously

The event log

The user can select the band desired, the threshold levels and automatically record all events that exceed the threshold level of signal intensity preset. ST-167 can be set in a mode of automatic registration of events for 24 hours or more. The event log you can examine later.

Options Available:

• Select only the band of interest as desired.
• Set the threshold of signal intensity for each band.
• Combines short signals in a single event. The minimum duration of the signal can be set by the user.
• Sort signals by time, intensity, signal type and duration of the event.

Data from the event log:

• Position of the current record in the list;
• Date and time of the event;
• Duration of the event;
• Intensity of the signal and threshold level;
• Band signal or frequency.

PC Software ST-167

The included software package enables full control of ST-167 on the PC and also extends the functionality of the MONITORING mode. Displays a graph of cell activity detailed on the screen of the PC. The user can review it conveniently all the historical data of the recorder, and monitor the cell phone activity in real-time. It is also possible to control ST-167 over a LAN or Internet connection.
